![]() ![]() I have NEVER felt the overwhelming need to spit out my steak before I ate at this location. The only redeeming part of this experience was a nice server and the normal mashed potatoes I’ve come to expect from Longhorn. ![]() I doubt our family will ever step foot back into a Longhorn restaurant. There were many other choices but she wanted Longhorn. The sad part this is the place that my granddaughter chose for her family graduation celebration. At no time were we argumentative, unwilling to wait for tables to open, etc. ![]() however, there was no way anyone at Longhorn could anticipate what our party would have ordered and we were willing to split our party into smaller groups. I understand the dilemma facing the food industry at this time.short on wait staff, issues getting deliveries, etc. A HUGE shoutout to Carrabba's who accommodated our party with no issues and had enough food. I don't understand how this establishment had enough food to stay open YET didn't have enough food for our party. Surprisingly after being told this, and going to a restaurant 2 blocks from Longhorn, we had to pass by their location to go home and they were still OPEN. Then we were told that they didn't have enough food for our party. We had originally been told there would not be a problem seating us, then were told they couldn't accommodate us even though we had told them we would split the party. We had a party of 18 for a graduation celebration. Why is that? I guess I could've sent mine back but. Both steaks were good, but both were definitely NOT cooked medium or even seasoned the same way. Halfway through the steak, I realized mine was WAY more cooked than his. I got an add on of grilled shrimp and my husband got mushrooms. Granted, the waiter apologized and offered to keep our food hot, but we opted to keep it. They were good though but we weren't finished before our entrees came out. We got the bread and beers fairly quickly but it seemed that the salads took awhile. We both had a 6oz Flo's Filet cooked medium, both had baked potatoes and both had Caeser salads. We ordered beers and then he brought bread. Our waiter was at our table quickly but seemed perturbed that we did not order an appetizer. We did not have to wait though which was nice. There was no wait at 6 PM on a Sunday (nice) but there were people there, and then more people came in. This was the last night of our anniversary trip so we thought we'd go to the Longhorn. ![]()
